The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on June 22, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. in
Room 320 of the Wareham Multi Service Center, 48 Marion Road, Wareham, MA 02571 to consider Petition #18-22 for a Special Permit from the requirements of Article 3, Section 320 under the Wareham Zoning By-Laws, to Tyrone & Jenna Cardoza of 4 Old Onset Road, Onset, MA proposing to change the Use of the existing structure from a mixed use building to a six unit residential structure at the subject property, located at 140 Minot Avenue, Wareham, MA 02538 (Assessors Map 43, Lot 1069) in the MR30 zoning district.
