Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 5 of the State Zoning Act, MGL c.40A, that the Wareham Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, February 1, 2021 at 6:00pm to discuss the following proposed amendments to the Wareham Zoning By-Laws:
TOWN MEETING ARTICLES TO AMEND TOWN OF WAREHAM ZONING BY-LAWS
Adding a new Hospitality, Recreation and Entertainment Overlay District to allow certain large-scale commercial development in the R-130 zoning district.
Text and other information may be inspected at the Planning Department Office, and Town Clerk.
Any person interested and desiring to be heard on this request should appear at the time and place designated.

The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold an online public hearing on February 10, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. to consider Petition #1-21 for Variance from the requirements of Article 6, Table 621 and Article 13, Section 1357 under the Wareham Zoning By-Laws, for Paul and Deborah Yeaman c/o JC Engineering, Inc., of 2854 Cranberry Highway, East Wareham, MA 02538, proposing a 16’ x 24’ single story addition on the rear side of the existing single-family dwelling, located at 28 Bay Street, Onset, MA (Assessors Map 3, Lot 88) in the MR-30 zoning district.
