The Town of Wareham is inviting sealed bids for the construction of the Wareham Dog Park at 74 Maple Springs Road, Wareham, MA. The estimated cost of the project is $230,000.00.

Invitation for Bid (IFB) documents will be available on the Town of Wareham’s website, https://www.wareham.ma.us/bids-rfps, on Tuesday, August 9, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. Bid documents may also be obtained from the Town Administrators Office, Memorial Town Hall, 54 Marion Road, Wareham, MA 02571.

A pre-bid conference will be held on the project site, 74 Maple Spring Rd, Wareham, MA, on Thursday, August 18, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. Contractors are invited to meet the designers and owner’s representative at this conference.

All questions must be submitted by Thursday, August 25, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. via email to the Department of Natural Resource Director, Garry Buckminster, gbuckminster@wareham.ma.us. Answers will be posted as an addendum to the Town’s website and on Commbuys by 3:00 pm on August 25, 2022.

Sealed bids must be received in the Town Administrators Office, Memorial Town Hall, 54 Marion Road, Wareham, MA by 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 31, 2022. The Town of Wareham reserves the right to reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, as determined to be in the best interest of the Town.
