The Wareham Land Trust is seeking volunteers to help prepare trails for the winter during a trail work day from 3 to 5 p.m. on Thursday, October 24, at the Tweedy and Barnes reserve, 230 Blackmore Pond Rd. 

Volunteers will lop branches, clear trails of debris, and weed-whack. 

Work gloves, loppers, and other hand tools will be provided. Volunteers should bring water, and wear closed-toe shoes and clothing that can get dirty. Volunteers can also bring personal tools.
