Danielle M. Lopes-Gomes, 48, of Dorchester, formerly of Wareham, died April 8, 2021, at home. She was the daughter of Judith Ferry-Pires and the late Gordon Gomes.

Danielle was born in Falmouth and lived in Wareham for many years before moving to Dorchester. She graduated from Wareham High School.

She enjoyed music, dancing, going to the beach and she loved animals. 

Survivors include her mother, Judith Ferry-Pires and her husband Gilbert Pires of Canton, GA; 2 sons, Justin J. Gomes and Corey Pacheco both of New Bedford; a sister, Lynnae Anacleto of Stockton, CA; 2 brothers, Kurtis Anacleto of Dartmouth and Ryan Gomes of Wareham; 3 grandchildren, Nevaeh, Jordan and Quinton; aunts, Darlene Dias of Easton, Cheryl Dias of Wareham, Myrna Dias-Antonie of Boston, Chickey Rose of New Bedford; her uncle, Kevin Gomes of New Bedford; many stepbrothers and stepsisters, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends. She was predeceased by her stepfather, the late Dana Ferry, and her grandparents, the late Viola Gomes, Raoul Galvin, Doris Dias, her aunt the late Brenda Gomes and her uncles, the late Wayne Gomes and Junior Galvin Dias.

Her funeral is being held privately.
