Constance (DeMaio) Simone, 103, of Buzzards Bay, died Sept. 13 at home. She was the widow of the late Thomas G. Simone and the daughter of the late Andrew and Rafaella (Rezzuti) DeMaio.

She was born in Newton and lived in Leominster for many years before moving to Buzzards Bay in 1969.

Simone was a communicant of St. Margaret’s Church.

She was the devoted mother of Thomas Simone and his wife Darlene of Norton and Edward Simone and his wife Laura of Dedham. Loving Nana of Michael, Erica, Maria and Marc. Sister-in-law of Mary K. DeMaio of Newton. Also survived by many loving and devoted nieces and nephews. Sister of the late Ralph, Antonette, Joseph, Anthony, John, Benjamin, Patrick, Andrew, Dominick, Mario, Mary Melideo and Joseph B.

Visiting hours are from 4 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 19 at the Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 2599 Cranberry Hwy., Wareham.

Her funeral will be held at 9 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 20, 2018 from the Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 2599 Cranberry Hwy., Wareham, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Margaret’s Church, 141 Main St., Buzzards Bay.
