The Wareham Land Trust is hosting a six-week series of birding walks designed for birders of all experience levels who want to become more familiar with the looks, sounds, and habitats of birds throughout the year.

Each walk, held in different locations each month, will be held once during the week and once on the weekend to accommodate different schedules. Birders can attend each month, or pop in as they choose.

Participants are asked to bring binoculars, if they have them, along with appropriate hiking attire, water, snacks, and a readiness to learn.

This program is free with a suggested $10 donation. Register online at warehamlandtrust.org/events.

Learn about coastal birds on Saturday, June 6, and Wednesday, June 17, from 3 to 4:30 p.m. at the Lyman Reserve at 110 Redbrook Rd. in Plymouth.

Join fellow birders for a celebratory walk on Saturday, July 11, and Wednesday, July 22, at the Mass Audubon Great Wildlife Sanctuary at the Stockton Shortcut from 9:30 to 11 a.m.
