Be the Hercules of the cranberries at Harvest Triathlon

The Harvest Triathlon, a trio of trials that will test the might of even the strongest athletes, shall take place at A.D. Makepeace headquarters, 158 Tihonet Road, on Sunday, June 11 at 7:30 a.m.

Participants will compete in either the shorter Sprint Triathlon or the longer Olympic Triathlon. 

If athletes are competing in the Sprint Triathlon, they will swim one-third of a mile around Tihonet Pond, ride bicycles 11.4 miles through the Myles Standish State Forest and run 3.51 miles through scenic cranberry bogs.

If they are competing in the Olympic Triathlon, athletes will swim 0.9 miles, ride bicycles 19.78 miles and run 6.21 miles. 

There will also be a beer garden staffed by Stone Path Malt, and a post-race barbecue for athletes to enjoy.

Individual and team memberships for the Sprint Triathlon are $125 and $180 respectively.

Individual, team and Aquabike memberships for the Olympic Triathlon are $145, $190 and $115 respectively.

If athletes are not already members of USA Triathlon, they must purchase a one-day membership for an additional $15. 

Online registration will close on Wednesday, June 7. On-site registration will be available on Friday, June 9 and Saturday, June 10, if registration is not sold out by then.
