Gleason Family YMCA Riptides Swim Team Car Wash Fundraiser

Swimmers love to be in the water but they also like to spray it, so let them wash away the summer grime on your car, truck or SUV on Saturday, August 31st from 10am-2pm at the Wareham Fire Department on Main St.. Donations gratefully accepted by team members for the car wash, or just swing by to say “what’s up” and make a donation to the team, which helps with team expenses for the season that run Fall to Spring.

The Gleason Family YMCA Riptides Swim Team travels to YMCA’s all over the Southcoast, Rhode Island, & Boston to compete and it’s a great way to keep kids active. There will be team tryouts the week of September 9th for swimmers ages 6-16 - contact the Welcome Center 508-295-9622 for more information.
